If you’ve been mis-sold to – Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), Bank Charges etc; Had a rough deal from your bank or building society; been overcharged for your car service; been turned down on a valid claim by your insurer – home/contents/life/kit/personal accident…let your colleagues know – maybe there are people ‘out there’ who’ve had similar deals from these same companies, maybe you can combine forces…strength in numbers, or, at the very least, warn somebody off getting the same treatment as you – and have the satisfaction of seeing that poor (in quality of goods or service, I mean) lose out on some business.
